Subcommittee To Be Formed
(1) The Committee may constitute thematic sub-committees if it deemed necessary to constitute such subcommittee to perform or cause to be performed the functions assign to it as pursuant to the Rules in a systematic way.
(2) The functions, duties, power and procedure of the subcommittee constituted pursuant to Sub-rule (1) shall be as determined by the Committee at the time of the formation of such sub-committee.
